The ever great popbitch pointed this out to me. The idea in short is that 50,000 people will sign up and each give £35. That money will be used to purchase a football club in the UK (there are certain conditions on what clubs they can buy obviously). After that everyone can vote on team selection, tactics, player purchases, club finances etc. Which makes it sound like the manager will be depowered significantly at this club. But this will definitely be an interesting one to keep an eye on.
