Yar. In the very beginning of one of the PS core books it addresses this in a sort of oblique Planescapey way.
I tried it out for a while and didn’t like the way it sounded or felt, so I switched back to “Sijil” from “Siggle.” My players have enough problems without having to debate me on this point. (Planar Common vs regular Common? Hahahaha.)
