I’m pleased to see that in the actual results, Ron Paul didn’t garner enough votes to be considered a “viable candidate.”
Not that I’m all that happy to see Huckabee win. But I’ve pretty much given up hope of seeing a President with more than two brain cells to rub together for warmth. I’m curious to see how the other candidates do in less rural states where the Bible thumping doesn’t play as well.
Though…does it make me a bad person that I’m secretly pleased Edwards edged out Hilary in the Democratic primary?

Yeah I didn’t do too well. I was too low on Thompson, and I hedged on Paul. I didn’t see the Haircut making it to second.
As to hating Clinton, well, even Clinton County only liked her second to Obama and you’re on-side with about half of Americans in being close to Anyone But Hillary.

I never said I hated Hilary; in fact the opposite is true. :) I like Edwards a lot, though.

Actually, I was very pleased with the results. The republicans are self destructing - this will accelerate if Huckabee continues to show strength. Edwards has no actual chance. I can’t stand Hillary, almost as much as I can’t stand Bill. I read Obama’s book, and frankly I was slightly impressed.
