After freaking out about T-Mobile (curse their rotten souls) I’ve realised I have so much damn paperwork to crunch, forms to fill and stuff to file and submit with various everyone that I may as well just jump through their damn hoops because its minimal extra hassle.

T-Mobile Customer Service Is Appalling.

I got my shiny Vaio. Its beautiful, all the tech works. The ‘non-hardware’ part of the web-n-walk chip from T-mobile is shockingly bad. Its like ‘MRE - three lies for the price of one’ - except in phonebill form.

As possibly you may not know, I am just completing a BA in Management, another undergrad degree* and am doing my thesis on knowledge management - specifically handing over the giant models we build as part of reservoir engineering and which I will be doing myself in a month or two.
