I need a soldering iron and a tiny amount of solder. Before I start rifling through boxes in the sysadmin’s office, do any of you Pasadena (or nearby) people own or have access to these kinds of tools?

I know I can buy the stuff and it’s not all that expensive, but I’m trying to avoid accumulating stuff and I only need to do one repair.
