Urgh, things are going from bad to worse at the moment. In the interim, Hilary Clinton has suspended here election bid. It might interest you to see A visualisation of how things look by demographics by state. Obama is in for the Dems, but he is looking worse and worse as a candidate for the general election. Polls put him at around 1% behind McCain nationally, and that ignore the Bradley Effect, which seems to be in action.

Bad to worse? Are we talking about the same election? Are we even in the same country? Oh wait… ;)
Last I heard Obama had clinched the primary, Clinton was making plans to back out, and the Democrats can finally put all their energy behind one candidate. This is nothing but good.
Also, a 1% polling difference is meaningless. It’s June. The general election is in November. I’m not even turning on the TV until the conventions.

Apart from the issue itself, I am worried about Obama’s ability to answer questions and debate, as opposed to delivering rhetoric.
