It’s a busy life, this being a woman of leisure.

To sum up, things remain good with the sole issue of still being jobless and beginning to worry about when that will end. I still love the rain, I have warmed up to my new flat, I am knitting so much it astonishes even me, and I haven’t been kicked out of my Vampire game.

Also, Bane (the kitten) is made of cute.

Sunday is the transportation to Waterford for Monday, the wedding, trip for the reason of.

  • I met Xaosseed on Saturday, he came to Camden, tea was drunk, things were discussed, fun was had.
  • I finish my exams on Wednesday, drinks shall be drunk.
  • I have started running a couple of diplomacy games, one standard and one colonial variant.  If people have any interest I can post updates, I also hope to host the maps somewhere too.
  • I shall be home from Thursday the 21st June to Tuesday the 26th, people will be seen, more drinks shall be drunk.

    One particularly obtuse (yet powerful, as the two tend to go hand in hand) program always exits with a joke. I offer one in lieu of any other bloggable content. It has a few words that might not be safe for work, so I post it below the fold.

    A Prairie Muffin dies and goes to hell. It’s horrible. Burning fires. Hot bubbling lava. Much pain and gnashing of teeth, and nary a baby penguin in sight. She looks over and sees a WAG postgrad having sex with a beautiful woman. Non-stop, sweaty, constant, back-breaking sex. The postgrad is clearly enjoying himself, happy with both the activity itself and the companion bestowed upon him. The Prairie Muffin is outraged, so the next time Satan is passing by on an inspection tour, she complains. “This sucks. I have to suffer for all eternity, and that postgrad gets to spend it happily with a beautiful woman.”

    Satan replied, “Who are you to question my punishment of that woman?”

    Move along. Nothing to see here.
