It’s been an odd year. I will have some more to say, but I would like to end 2008 by wishing everyone the very best for 2009.

Bill Gates is retiring from Microsoft soon, and this is the last Consumer Electronics Show he will be MS Chief at. He’s long had a reputation for doing some cool videos, and it’s nice to see one that has actually come out and been visible to the world:

I am very impressed with the great response from the Spreadshirt people. I will be getting back in touch with them this week to try and figure out how to fix the problem. I have a sneaking suspicious that the difficulty lies in the way I have designed the logo, which uses a textured brush [...]
